PAM® for Real Estate (PAMre™) is a state-of-the-art real property asset management and accounting system developed specifically for institutional investors with real estate assets. PAMre™ tracks the entire range of financial information such as income, expenses, and market values to provide accurate valuations for all your real estate holdings.
The system posts transactions and generates reports on any of five different accounting bases - STAT, GAAP, Tax, Management, and a user-defined fifth accounting basis. PAMre™ also interfaces to external general ledger systems.
